Corn Bread 1 c plain flour 1 c corn meal 1/4 c sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 c buttermilk 1/4 c vegetable oil 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 9" sq. baking pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. |
