Crusty French Bread (bread machine)
1 1/8 C. WATER
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp salt
3 1/4 c. bread flour (king arthur)
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
Put all in bread machine. Bake on French bread cycle or short bread cycle.
