Jalapeno Cornbread One package cornbread mix 2 or 3 jalapenos diced an ounce of cheddar 1/2 to 1 small onion large pinch of sugar Add liquid to cornbread mix remembering that the onion adds more liquid to the mix. Add the peppers, cheese, onion and put into a well greased 7" square pan or small skillet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 mins or until the top is golden brown. Take out of oven, butter if you wish, and eat up...yummm! |
