Oatmeal Pecan Loaf (bread machine)


1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cups Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour
1/2 cup oats -- old fashioned
1/2 cup pecan halves
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust setting. Push start. Use of a delay timer is okay for this recipe.
