Lemon-Chive Fettucine 

8 ounces fettucine, uncooked
1/2 cup sour cream or low-fat sour cream
3-4 tablespoons chives chopped freshly
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper 

Cook fettucine in large pot as directed on package. Drain cooked fettucine; leave in pan or turn out into large bowl. 

Add remaining ingredients; toss well with fettucine. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
