Guacamole Give your guacamole a different taste twist. Instead of Mexican seasoning, try adding curry powder and serve it on pita bread. 2 California avocados 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. minced cilantro Cut the avocados in half and remove the seeds. Scoop out the pulp and place in a bowl. Drizzle the pulp with lemon juice and mash, leaving some chunks. Mix well with the remaining ingredients. |
