| Spinach Dip 1 pk Spinach chopped (cooked/drained) 1 c Water chestnuts (drained/chopped) 1 pk Knorr vegetable soup mix 1 c Mayonnaise 8 oz Sour cream 1 round loaf bread - not sliced (I use pumpernickel) Mix all. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Cut top off the loaf of bread and hollow out. Cut up middle (hallowed out part) and place around bread bowl. Put dip in bread bowl and cover with top of loaf.
