Healthy Waldorf Salad

2 cups diced apples
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup broken nuts
1/4 cup light whipped cream dressing

Pare apples, if desired. If prepared in advance, squeeze juice of one-half lemon over the apples to prevent their turning brown. 

Combine ingredients and chill thoroughly. Serve on crisp lettuce. 

Serves 6.
