Fried Green Tomatoes 1 green tomato (sliced into 1-inch thick coins) 1/2 cups salad dressing (I recommend Caesar or Ranch) Seasoned flour (flour, Old Bay, salt and pepper) 1 tablespoon butter Splash balsamic vinegar 2 cloves garlic Salt and pepper to taste Marinate tomato slices in dressing for about two hours. Dip individual slices into seasoned flour and sauté in oil until golden brown. Remove tomatoes from sauté pan (saving the oil). Add butter, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
